By using our website, purchasing tickets, or attending the St. George Christmas Village (the “Event”), you agree to these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or attend the Event.

1. Tickets, Admission & Activities

Admission tickets are available online and at the door (subject to availability).
Activity tickets (e.g., North Pole Express, workshops, cookie decorating) are sold at the door only.
All ticket prices, schedules, and availability may change without notice.
Service and processing fees may apply.
All ticket sales are final, non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable, unless canceled by the organizer.
Entry may be denied or revoked without refund for unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive behavior.
Breakfast with Santa and other special events follow these same ticket and refund rules.

2. Event Rules, Safety & Conduct

Guests must follow posted rules, staff instructions, and safety protocols.
Security screenings (bag checks, metal detectors, etc.) may occur; refusal may result in denied entry.
Weapons, illegal substances, drones, or other restricted items are prohibited.
Outside food, beverages, alcohol, and smoking are only allowed in designated areas, if permitted.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property. Attendance is at your own risk.
Event Supervision: Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

3. Cancellations, Delays & Force Majeure

The Event may be postponed, delayed, modified, or canceled due to weather, emergencies, or causes beyond our control.
Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered at our discretion.
We are not liable for any losses resulting from such changes.

4. Liability & Assumption of Risk

You and your guests assume all risks inherent in attending or participating in the Event.
To the maximum extent permitted by Utah law, Kringle & Co., LLC and affiliates are not liable for injury, loss, or damages arising from attendance or participation.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims resulting from your actions or those of your guests.

5. Intellectual Property & Media

All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images, software) is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Personal photos, videos, or comments provided at the Event may be used by us in promotional materials, social media, or other media unless otherwise requested.
Attendance constitutes consent to be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes without additional notice or compensation.
You may not reproduce or distribute our content for commercial purposes without written consent.

6. Privacy & Data Collection
